Meet the Coach
Liat began her career in England, as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, managing a private gym, leading studio classes, and delivering weight management programmes.
Her vision for the Gūf method was born from of her own personal experience.
Having grown up struggling with her weight and later losing over 50lbs - Liat has lived the challenges women face in regard to their bodies, health and self confidence.
This personal perspective shaped Liat’s style of coaching. Creating a strength training method of consistency, structure and a drive for self belief that yields results.
More than that however - is being part of a safe, calm, discreet space that makes women feel at ease.
Liat focused on building strength that lasts — not just physically, but in confidence and self worth.
