Every session is built upon the same GŪF philosophy: strength training, mobility, posture, balance and core control.
While individual sessions may focus on a specific element, no class exists in isolation. Strength is woven throughout the entire method, ensuring a complete and balanced approach to women’s health, performance and longevity.
Each session is different in focus, but united in purpose.

Move beyond the introduction. Ten sessions designed to cultivate consistency and support meaningful progress in strength, health and longevity.

Membership Details
Session Access
Memberships provide access to all GŪF session types, excluding GŪF Foundations. This allows members to create a balanced training schedule based on their goals and availability.
Small-Group Coaching
All sessions are limited to a maximum of eight women.
Session Validity
All sessions must be used within six months of purchase.
