What is Gūf?

GŪF is a private women’s strength training studio dedicated to building physical capability, improving movement quality, and supporting long-term wellbeing. Strength remains at the foundation of everything we do.

The woman behind Gūf

Founder and Creative Director of GŪF, Liat Sabar has spent nearly 20 years helping women build strength, confidence, and physical capability. Qualified in England as a Personal Coach and Nutritionist, she brings extensive experience in personal coaching, group fitness and longevity focused exercise. 

Driven by a passion for female strength training rooted in the true biology of a woman — Liat furthered her education into pre/postnatal exercise, teen training, menopause and perimenopause, bone density and osteoporosis prevention. This foundation led to the creation of Gūf — a women’s strength sanctuary that encompasses every stage of womanhood. 

Her signature approach — the GŪF Method — blends strength training, Pilates, mobility, posture, balance, and core control to help women move well, gain power, and remain physically capable for life. The method promotes hormonal health, nervous system regulation, and joint resilience, creating a truly holistic approach to women’s wellness. 

GŪF is female-owned, female-focused, and personally coached by its owner - within a private environment designed exclusively for women.

Today, Liat’s focus is simple: helping women become stronger, age well, and develop the physical resilience, confidence, and independence that last a lifetime.

The Gūf method

An arranged fitness or yoga setup including a pad, a ball, a dumbbell, a foam block, rolled towel, a textured mat, and a stretch band, all placed on a wooden floor.

Designed to optimize and protect the female body, the GŪF Method supports hormonal health, nervous system regulation, bone density, joint integrity, and long-term physical function.

Through a structured combination of strength training, Pilates, mobility movements, postural & balance training - women build the physical foundation required to move well, build true strength and remain capable for life.

The Studio

A calm, design-led, highly coached environment created exclusively for women.

Natural materials, premium equipment, bespoke leather accessories, and intimate small-group sessions come together to create a refined strength sanctuary where women can train with focus, safety and consistency.

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to foster privacy, support and meaningful progress. Personal space is respected, coaching is highly individual, and the environment allows women to reconnect with their bodies without distraction.
